Directions to Woonsocket Sites

From Providence and Areas South - Via Route 295

Follow Route 295 North and take Exit 9B to Route 146 North/Woonsocket. This puts you on the access road to Route 99. Take Route 99 North and continue until it ends. Take a left. This is Cumberland Hill Road (Route 122). From this point, you can follow any of the directions below to the appropriate building.

From Boston and Areas North

Take Route 95 South, to Route 295 South, to Route 146 North, to Route 99. Then follow same directions as below to the appropriate building.

To 55 John A. Cummings Way (also referred to as Cummings Way

Community Support Services, Emergency Services, Wellness & Recovery

Take 146 North, to Route 99. Continue on Route 99 until it ends. Take a left. This is Cumberland Hill Road or Route 122. Continue on Route 122 to the 6th set of traffic lights. (Note: you will be driving past our facility known as the Viola M. Berard School, and you will end up at the intersection with Blockbuster Video on your right.). Take a left at this intersection onto Social Street. We are the second driveway on your left-the first is the entrance to Bank America. Our driveway is opposite the Shell gas station and enters the parking lot from the side of the building. If you miss this driveway, take the first street on your left, which is John A. Cummings Way. We are the first driveway on your left off of Cummings Way. The entrance to the Wellness & Recovery Center is located on Social Street. All others should enter through the entrance in the parking lot.

To 181 Cumberland Street

Viola M. Berard School, Child & Family Services

Take 146 North, to Route 99. Continue on Route 99 until it ends. Take a left. This is Cumberland Hill Road or Route 122. Continue on Route 122 to the 4th set of traffic lights, which will be just past a Dunkin Donuts on your right. Continue straight through this traffic light. 181 Cumberland Street will be the next building on your left after this intersection. It is a brick building located across the street from a large church.

To 800 Clinton Street

Administrative Offices - CEO, Human Resources, Fiscal Department, Information Technology, Quality Improvement, Evaluation & Performance Improvement

Take 146 North, to Route 99. Continue on Route 99 until it ends. Take a left. This is Cumberland Hill Road or Route 122. Continue on Route 122 to the 5th set of traffic lights (you will be driving past the Viola M. Berard School noted above). At the 5th set of traffic lights you will see a Walgreen's Drug Store facing you diagonally on your left and Blockbuster Video on the right. Take a right at this light onto Clinton Street and take a left into the second parking lot. We are located on the second and third floors.
