Community Staffing Resources (CSR)Health & Human Services Staffing for Nonprofit OrganizationsAn Affiliate of NRI Community ServicesCSR is a non-profit, temporary and variable staffing organization specializing in serving other nonprofit agencies that serve elders and people with disabilities. Most field placements are for in-home or residential care work. CSR collaborates with NRICS, VNSGRI, and other agencies to create customized pre-placement screening, training and inservice education. Unlike for-profit agencies, we encourage our client agencies to hire our field staff for a nominal placement fee. Openings are typically for residential treatment workers, CNAs, home health aides, companions and medical technicians. Anyone with eldercare or behavioral healthcare experience should apply. CSR was created by NRICS by acquiring some of the assets of two agencies previously operating in Rhode Island: CareLink Staffing Resources (nonprofit) and Relief Resources (for profit).
