Child and Family ServicesWe offer clinical, rehabilitation, education, advocacy and support services for children, adolescents and their families. These services are available for children as young as 2 years of age through 18 or 21 years of age depending on legal status. Children & Adolescent Intensive Treatment ServicesFor the child who is at risk for psychiatric hospitalization or placement outside of the home due to emotional and behavioral concerns. This short-term program (up to sixteen weeks) provides families with behavioral health and casemanagement services within the home and community that reflect their level of need. While every family is assigned a primary clinician, the program uses a team approach in order to provide a more comprehensive mode of treatment for each child and family. Treatment plans are developed in collaboration with the family. Psychiatric and Nursing ServicesChildren and adolescents may receive a psychiatric/medication evaluation as clinically indicated. The psychiatrist and a psychiatric nurse monitor children on medications. Additional nursing services include monitoring for medication side effects, coordination with the primary care physician when children/adolescents have co-occurring medical conditions, and consultation and education services for the parents/guardians regarding medications. Behavioral Health ServicesChildren's Outpatient ServicesOffice-based integrated behavioral health and addictions treatment for children is provided by clinical therapists. For those who require ongoing medication management, we provide psychiatric care. Parent SupportServices include in-home and office-based support and education for positive parenting strategies. These services address all areas of the family's life, extending beyond emotional and behavioral issues to include educational, housing, financial, and medical issues. The primary goal is to empower families to learn the skills that they need to lead a healthy, happy and independent lifestyle. Early Childhood Day Treatment ProgramDesigned to give younger children a community-based option for intensive evaluation and treatment.
