Vocational and Rehabilitation ServicesAdultsVocational and Rehabilitation specialists work with clients to assist them in identifying and addressing issues in the areas of community integration and participation, as well as with vocational skills development and employment placement. ChildrenWe provide the optimal level of training and support necessary for clients to meet their goals pertaining to everyday living, learning, and/or working in the community. We also assist youth in gaining skills in task concentration, socialization, conflict resolution and inter-personal skill areas. Services introduce youth to new areas of interest and help youth learn about how to access community resources. On the Job TrainingORS will pay the employer a portion of the individual's wages during an additional training period with the expectation of employment after a specified period of time.
